U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services, Europe is
appointed on Solar Financing 2012-1 PLC, a GBP 40m
secured RPI- linked deal that is the first UK publicly
listed bond for a solar power project. The transaction is
essentially a securitisation of a 25 year UK government
feed-in tariff that will be paid to two solar projects based
in Somerset.
