Claim letter upgrades enhance content, format and organization

We want to simplify the health care experience for physicians and health care professionals, so we're upgrading one of our most frequent communications - commercial claim letters. In fact, UnitedHealthcare sends more than 22 million commercial claim letters annually.

Coming soon - online claim letters
For improved administrative efficiency, UnitedHealthcare will post claim letters online for you on UnitedHealthcareOnline.com in the third quarter of this year. Accessing claim letters online will give you an electronic archive of letters to track and organize claim communication for improved efficiency. With the letters available online, you'll have the option of discontinuing paper delivery. To use this upcoming feature you must be registered for UnitedHealthcareOnline.com. Not yet registered? Go to UnitedHealthcareOnline.com, click on the "New User" link and follow the prompts.

Feedback welcome
