UnitedHealthcareOnline® Scorecard
New Scorecard Tracks Service Performance on
UnitedHealthcareOnline!
UnitedHealthcare is committed to transparency and to improving
the service we provide to physicians and other health care
professionals. As part of this commitment, we have developed a
new online tool that allows physicians and their offices to track
our performance on several key administrative initiatives - the
UnitedHealthcare Scorecard.
The scorecard provides an at-a-glance graphical view of how we
are performing in several important service areas. Each graph
will be updated with new data each month.
Service areas tracked include:
- UnitedHealthcare for Health Care Professionals telephone
line service, including average speed of answer and percent of
calls answered within 90 seconds
- Transactions, including claims financial accuracy, use of
electronic payments and statements (EPS) and volume of
self-service transactions
- Notifications telephone line average speed of answer
- Credentialing turnaround time
- Percentage of claims processed via Real-Time Adjudication
The data used to create the graphs is based on claims processed
on the UNET platform. These graphs do not include data from the
claims systems of acquired entities or government programs.
