Just as important, Norman knew the location and timing were ideal for building an upscale residential development. When completed, the planned community will have 1,700 homes, marina, wellness center, miles of hiking trails and a recreational center with an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts, public meeting rooms and other amenities.
