We recently updated our privacy and account management systems to provide better support for the Lyric app.
To move to the new system, please log out of the Lyric app and log back in.
This upgrade also affects any smart home partner devices or systems which control your Lyric products (Amazon Echo, Samsung SmartThings, IFTTT, etc.). These smart home devices will not be able to control your Lyric products until you log out of the Lyric app and log back in.
